Just finished my last Christmas Card for the 2009 Christmas Card Challenge with less than 2 hours of the month remaining! Shew, that was close!
For High Hopes Challenge #24 (creative borders), I used my distressing tool on the main image layer, the Riding Hood Red layer, and around the white edges of the “rug”. The fringe on the rug probably counts too!
I got the idea for the rug from Mel here. I simply hand cut the rug, taped some Riding Hood Red cardstock to the edges, and fringed with my scissors.
The wood floor was an image that was hand drawn by me and turned into a digital stamp. I simply add a little Prismacolor pencils shadows and its done.

This is amazing michelle! How brilliant to use paper fringe. WAY easier & even cuter the way you have the fringes arranged. Gorgeous!!! Thanks so much for the link love. You made my day! :O) And your digital stamp for the floor is nothing short of AMAZING!!!!
