I added a few extra touches to this one so it took a wee bit longer to create. My flowers are made with Daisy Paper Punches using cardstock and vellum. I Then ran the petals through my cuttlebug with the swiss dot embossing folder. Tilda's dress ruffle is done by paper pleating vellum. I also embossed the ruffle with the cuttlebug swiss dots. I then cut the ruffle edge with a nestibilities scallop oval die. The ruffle was attached by cutting a slit just under Tilda's dress with a craft knife. Both Tilda's pigtails and the Easter egg she is holding is raised just a bit with pop dots for dimension. The scallop oval die behind behind Tilda also has a layer of vellum. This card was made for the March challenge at my favorite place to shop, "Magnolia-lious!
