I love looking at the art work of others. And I really enjoyed browsing Glenda Mosher's Art Gallery.
I used to call myself an artist until my 3rd of 4 children came along. Then I felt that I was a serious SAHM.
But lately I've been feeling the need to paint. So, come summer, I'm planning on painting on some canvas come what may!
So about this card. The Tiger Lily is a woodcut I carved years ago and printed years ago, and found in an old dusty box. I revamped it by using my aqua painter to add the green layers.
Thank you so much for this Inspiration Challenge.
Enjoy!

This is sooooo gorgeous! I'm all for making my own images! I often use fun foam or a foam plate and a sharp pencil to create the image...rayer on the ink and voila! This is so lovely! Thanks so much for going with the creative urge and making this gorgeous card!

Wow, major talent around here, I love what you did with the woodcut image. The lily is a beauty and the streaks in the background from the wood is a fantastic effect. I love this!! So glad you joined in the IC today!
