I made this card for the Zodiac ATC swap. The floral corner was cut with cuttlebug, and the two "scale trays" are actually the pieces that are punched out of a lace border with a new lace border punch from EKSuccess. (I don't waste anything.)
The "chains" holding the scale pans are done with peridot glitter (Martha Stewart). The flowers are stamped with Sugarloaf's Easter/Spring collection. I love this set. Most of the blossoms and leaves have an outline stamp and a stamp to "fill in" so you have the otion to watercolor them or not. I used Daisy Bucket's miniature alphabet (another can't do without favorite) for the lettering.
For embellishments, I put sequins in the centers of the blossoms and also copper stars in opposite corners, since copper is the metal associated with Libra. I debated edging with the peridot glitter (also a gem associated with Libra) but was afraid it would be too much. Sometimes, less is more. ;)
On the reverse, I created a computer generated ATC that includes information about Libra - gems, colors, and other elements associated with it.
