There are probably a thousand templates for a gift card holder but I made my own to fit the stack of gift cards we still have from the holidays. White cardstock was trimmed to 4"x6", scored vertically at 1/4" on either side, and horizontally 2 1/4", 2 1/2", 4 3/4", and 5". Trimmed off the excess next to flap (which was corner-rounded) and took 1/4" snips into side folds. Stamped over all the outside surface. Ran the trimmed and prescored piece through a heat laminator with a piece of blank paper on the back side (to give the outer surface of the case a high gloss and some durability). Attached the long piece of ribbon looped over the center bar of the double-loop buckle to the lower front of the case with a matching 1/8" brad. The ribbon is long enough to wrap around the case twice--it stays tighter in the buckle that way. Sealed the ends of ribbon with a 1/2" x 1 1/2" piece of white vinyl then trimmed to a point. Folded in the tiny bottom tabs and side tabs of the case with tacky 1/4" tape to seal. This case holds about 8 gift cards.
