Here's my punch card for this week's Clean and Simple Challenge. I had this package of retired Seaside ribbon on my desk from a previous card, so I decided to pull out Almost Amethyst, too, and tackle a really old color challenge.
I started with a 3.5" by 5.5" card base and then punched out eight large ovals of Almost Amethyst and two small ovals of Sage Shadow. I sponged all the edges with the corresponding inks and bent them a little for depth. The Sage leaves are glued directly to the card base. I layered up the flower petals and adhered it to the card with a double layer of Dimensionals. As you can see, it sits above the top edge of the card but it'll still fit in a medium envelope.
I stamped the Big Flower twice, once on Chocolate Chip with Craft White ink and again on Whisper White with Almost Amethyst ink. The Chocolate one was punched out with my 1 1/4" Circle Punch and the Amethyst one with my 1" Circle Punch. It's separated with a Dimensional and then glued to the flower.
Finally, I notched both edges of the card base with my Horizontal Slot punch and wrapped the pretty ribbon around it.
