Cool sketch this week. I was still recovering from a holiday yesterday and didn't make anything, but I wanted to give it a go today. I thought I'd make a start on my April Christmas card quota, as the image panel was a perfect size and shape for this Snoopy stamp.
The base is a standard A2 white linen-finish card. The next layer is some snowflake vellum. I added white glitter card photo corners to help attach it to the base. The square is the same linen-finish card, embossed with the Snowflakes ef, wiped with silver ink along the edges and top and embossed with clear EP. Snoopy was stamped with Versafine black onto white card, and coloured with watercolour pencils just for a change. I used Diamond Stickles for the hat trims, Snow Writer painted on for the snow and H2Os for the sky. Again the edges are embossed with silver.
The sentiment is Hero Arts, stamped on white, edged with silver and with some Queen & Co sequins added. Then I just drew with a silver metallic Sakura pen along the top and bottom, following the corners of the square. Loved this sketch.
