This is a technique coming out in the TJ newsletter. It is called Bingo Blast. Isn't this twonancysartstamps stamp cute! The paper I used is sooooo wonderful. It is Lustre paper from Paper Temptress and the ink floats like a dream on it! I colored her with copics but it colored a little more like glossy than matte cardstock.

Accessories: copic markers, radiant rain daubers, those cool metallic peeloffs that I got from my friend Caz in England (thanks, Caz!), rhinestones from Queen & Co. that I earned at the most recent stamp convention when I worked for Auntie Amy's booth!

WOW WOW WOW! I adore your choice of image, just love the retro ladies stamps. Great job coloring, I love the added ribbon to her dress, and the technique is not only attractive, it goes so well with the stamped image! I love it!
