I stamped the image with certainly celery and then watercolored the flowers pretty in pink. I added yellow stickles to the centers of the flowers. That image was cut and embossed with a Spellbinders Scalloped Rectangle Nestability, then I went around the embossing with my marker to really set it off. That is popped up with dimensionals over a vellum square (I didn't want to hide the cute dp). The sentiment was cut with a cricut and added to the rectangle of pretty in pink cs which was stamped with the floral cake with pretty in pink ink. I added faux brads of liquid pearls (available at Treehouse stamps) to the corners.

The vellum was a great idea....still shows off the dp! Love your panel with the bling, and the cutout HB!

Lovely! I really like the stickles in all center of flowers and all the pink is so pretty and so spring-like.
