Every Sunday, I wonder why I am trying to CASE one of the pros but I do it anyway. I love being pushed to attempt things I wouldn't ordinarly try. One of those things is paper piercing. My lines are always crooked and end up in the trash. I tried harder today and, fortunately, the slightly crooked side is covered up. :-)
I chose this card to CASE: Black Silhouette by Beate at Splitcoaststampers. It is only one of lots and lots of beauties I'd like to try. I changed the image and sentiment and the colors/papers. The layout is the same and I did keep the scoring, though my photography is not the greatest and you can't see it.
I decided to use this for my granddaughter's 15th birthday. I had to stamp grand and daughter at least 53 times and finally gave up. The alignment is off and I should have used a ruler as a guide instead of eyeballing the lines on my mat. (Or I could dust the cobwebs off the Stamp-a-ma-jig.) Oh, well, live and learn.
Have a great Sunday and thanks for looking.
