This little 'Off the Page' Accordian Album is on of the few 'off the page' items I have made...it is so NOT Me, although I do enjoy making it. Seeing as it is in pastels I thought I would make sure it met the requirements for this weeks WT Challange....it IS in pastels and has some flowers inside...This photo is of the cover, the inside are in the next photo.
This album was a last minute thing and very different from my usual style. At first I was not fussed on the pastels with it, then I realised that normally I am working on a card where this album has 6 pages, so it was a lot more area in these shades....a bit daunting for me...once I had started adding embellishments and doing a bit of chalking I was happer, although not thrilled - I am interested to hear what you think!
This project is special it is for a Baby Shower for a friend of mine who is due in two weeks....my friend and her husband lost their done unexpectedly two years ago and it has been the most devastating time for them and thrie 3 other children...they were thrilled to find that they are having another. As you can imagine I wanted to make something special for her, but am not sure that this is it!!
Thank you for looking and I am extremely interested to hear what you think...I am not convinced about it myself!!

I think you did an outstanding job and know your friend will love it. I added it to my favorites for future reference. I really think it is special through out. Great use of the pastels, great choice of embellishments, great composition. Elaine

I think you did a beautiful job! And I am sure it will be received as a very special treasure! It may not be your usual style, but you did it so well ... I think the soft pastels and variety of each page is just right! I, too, am going to put it in my favorites! TFS!
