Holly (Toy) threw down our Dirty Dozen challenge this month.
Challenge Focus: A CASE of one of your oldest cards.
Required Element: Change at least three things on your card (subtle).
Restricted Element: None! The sky is the limit on this one!!
I haven't wandered that far back in my gallery in a loooooong time! With good reason, lol! The scans alone are frightful, even if the cards were decent. But it is good to remember that we have all had a starting point and hopefully we can see growth.
I chose this card from page 1 of my gallery CC51 French Petals by LodiChick at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the image, colors and added some ribbon but I kept the layout and watercoloring.

Tracy, your watercolor on the flower is positively gorgeous. The flower just pops off the screen and begs to put in a vase of water. I wonder why everyone's older cards are so much prettier than mine? Your original is so lovely. Mine is so terrible.

LOL.. Tracy... by looking at your first card, I get the impression you have always been GOOD! I love it! The updated version is awesome, though. Your coloring is fantastic! Hugs!
