I have had the Good Friend set for a month or 2 now and I have just gotten around to playing with it. I thought the colors from this weeks color challenge and the sketch challenge would be perfect for this cheerful little guy! I stamped the dandelion flower head (at least that's what I think it is!) on the kraft paper and then cut it into strips. I added a black brad for the eye. I also was able to use my scallop oval punch for the first time. i think it layers great with the other oval punches! I very carefully dabbed the Riding Hood Red inkpad onto the "Good Friend" stamp just to use the "friend" part...that was tricky but it came out OK.

I love this set ... CUTE CARD!!!
I have to share this ... you can make this bird look fatter with short legs or thinner with the long legs. I guess that is my problem too - I am undertall for my legs!!!!
