This is a diaper cake I made (using directions from Susan Liles' blog) for a friend who had quintuplets last October. The letters on the cake are the babies first initials. The little bunny on top was from Wal-Mart and recites 'Now I lay me down to sleep' when you squeeze it's paw - so cute!

I've always wanted to make a diaper cake. Good job! It looks great! (Sounds like you're friend is really gonna need the diapers too)
