My nephew is 4 this week and I seem to be stuck on sea cards for him. Last year I used Crab & Co. I colored with prismas and gamsol, glittered the bubbles and stamped the balloons DTP and then again on scrap paper colored and cut the top ones out and mounted them.

Michelle,
This is absolutely lovely. The balloons are so translucent. I love how you have changed the colours as you look through one balloon or two or three at the same time. The colour palette that you've chosen is perfect for these whales. The subdued greys and the lovely pink cheeks are just spot on and it all works together to create a card with unity. The BG you framed and the colour of the seawater in the BG also works together with everything else. I hope that your nephew had a terrific birthday and he must have adored this card.
