This is my Easter card and goodie box for this year. The basket is my idea because I could not figure out how to put the bottom of the sizzix box #2 die cut together. So I reversed it top to bottom.
Where the single tabs were I used them to create and connect the handle of the basket. I made two handles to put on either side of each tab to give it more strength then added the flowers from the sizzlet loopy flowers die cut.
The Easter card I used the same loopy flower and some of the loops. The egg, chick in egg and tulip flower (egg shell) are from the stamp set "A Good Egg". The top card is of the outside and the bottom card is of the inside.
The backgound gold paper and the blue dot are from the celebration mini Delicate Dots DSP. I used the textured plated background #1 Dots on the gold paper then sanded after puting it through the big shot.

OMG Kathy, I can't believe how close this looks to the one I made last night -- but didn't use the #2 box. Yours is so dang cute. It looks purple in your pic, but I know it is Bashful Blue in DSP, as you used the same paper I did. I loved how you sanded the bg dots -- this showed up so nice after sanding. And your chicks are darling. I love everything about this ensemble!

Ok, I have had 24 hrs to get my comment ready so here goes... you are no longer a beginner cardmaker. You have risen to a new level with each card you upload. I really enjoy seeing what you come up with next. Keep up the great work. TFS
