This is my first real use of a template. This challenge thread has helped me take the time to learn how to do a lot of first-time things and IÂ’m learning a lot about PSE. IÂ’ve upgraded from PSE3 to PSE7 and there are a lot of improvements that make it easier to use. Thanks for giving me the gentle push IÂ’ve needed!
This is also for Peggy's Fabulous February wacky holidays variety challenge (SBVC62). I picked Feb. 1-Serpent Day. It's also for the January wacky challenge--Jan 16-Appreciate A Dragon Day.
Some of the papers I used here are from the Spirit of Summer collaboration kit. You can get a gigantic and extremely cool kit for a donation of $5 which will go to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal, helping the victims of the terrible fires in Australia recently. The kit is WELL WORTH the $5 and you get to help a great cause too! Check it out at www.bouquetofpixels.com (scroll about 2/3 of the way down for a link.)
Journaling: *When daddy was just a small boy, Grandma W. made him a fabulous dragon costume for Halloween. Eventually, we gave the costume away so someone else could enjoy it. But, when a friend of Grandma B. gave her this much smaller dragon costume, she couldnÂ’t wait to give it to you so you could be a dragon just like your dad. You made a pretty cute little dragon, didnÂ’t you???*

You sure have been busy this much I can see. Another fabulous layout. The template is fabulous. I love your photos on this one, too. Wonderfully sweet and wonderfully scripted journaling. Too fabulous!
