I actually made this card for the Spunky Sprouts Inspiration Challenge today. It was inspired by this dress: http://www.spunkysprout.com/newyefldr.html
2 frugal finds here: The black envelopes were on clearance at Staples this week--it was a long envelope so the black insert is the middle part of the envelope. It includes a bonus pocket (the envelope part) where you can slide in a note or a gift card. The 2nd frugal find is the black striped envelope liner.
The card was quick to make since the medallions were scraps from another project so it fits LSC210.

Love, love this card, but what is an envelope liner? I am dying to make this card but don't think it would look as striking without that liner. Please answer. Pam

SU has/had a background stamp called "Simple Stripes" that I tried and liked a lot. Also SU "Linen" and "Canvas" gave some fun results. Thanks so much for the tips!!! I'll still keep looking for a liner or paper like this though!!! Pam
