Our beautiful Peninsula State Park is celebrating it's 100th birthday this year.
They've commisioned a set of rubber stamps. The stamps will be available in 3 sizes.
I am doing samples with the stamps for the park office to display. I'm told pictures of the samples will also be on the park's website in the merchandise area.
This park has a beautiful logo which just BEGS to be colored. This logo features the famous Eagle Bluff.
This sample shows the smallest of the 3 stamps.
In this sample, I tried to recreate a view of my favorite time of day. I live by the bay of Green Bay and have the privilege to witness glorious sunsets almost everyday of the year.
I have photos galore of sunsets, but it's after the sun is down that I like the best. The sky turns a wonderful, deep azure. The water turns a beautiful cobalt blue, and trees and plants are in jet black silouette against the stunning blues. The water is often smooth as deep blue glass at this time of day.
Sadly, the vision lasts only a few minutes before it becomes too dark to enjoy. It is a difficult time of day to photograph, so I tried to capture it on this sample.
