I have been on the go since making my All Nighter beach card last night. I have lots of energy, weird. But I do know that if I close my eyes, I will go to sleep. Today, I was busy trying to get the new furniture organized with the living room and the kids bedrooms. What a chore that was. Boy my house was a disaster. I just finished now. Oh, I did manage to sleep for one hour in the morning, but my boys were bickering so I had to get up. My pen pal friends call me the Midnight Mojo.
Here is my story:
I decided to make a card for the Featured Stamper known as Kelly H even though I am very tired. This was a good break from dealing with the furniture and rearranging. Kelly has a wonderful gallery but I chose this pop up card because that is what I have been working on for the past few days. Here is her card I chose: Spring Pop Up, MAR07VSNC by Kelly H at Splitcoaststampers. We were 2 change 2 or more things on her cards that we case. I did mine by following the information in the resources here on SCS. I just made mine a little different than Kelly's but same idea.
The insert:
I stamped the sentiment onto white c/s with rose red ink and a green marker for the stem. I kept eyeballing it where the stamp should go. I didn't even think to use my Stamp-A-Mig. Duh! Anyhow, I mounted it on to the rose red c/s. I used my scallop circle punch for the tab and inserted an eyelet to add the ribbon.
The bottom:
I started out by using the scor-pal for the lines and placed tacky tape in where the insert would fold out. Once all the lines were scored accordingly, I stamped the area where I knew would be showing out. I stamped grass on the top front and the top sides as well with green ink. I used the MS fence punch to go around the front. I added 2 flower punches, and used glitter to both using my 2-way glue. I also added gingam ribbon and tied a knot.
I really couldn't figure out what the card was actually going to look like until it was coming together.
Thanks for the wonderful challenge. If I have time tomorrow, I will make another one. I saw a few that I would like to case.
Thank you for posting this challenge early. Have a wonderful day.
Things I changed:
1. same idea, different look with the standing free pop up card
2. image
3.my sentiment was stamped on the insert
What do you think?
I'm turning in early tonight. I'm tired! If you can believe that.

I love your springy colors, and that little picket fence is just adorable. I can't wait for spring to get here - thanks for the glimpse of spring flowers!
