Which of course made me think of the rabbit and the leaves and I also liked the colour so I decided I wanted a bunny in a bed of roses.
I made my BG piece with the CB, sponged it in sahara sand, creamy caramel, basic grey, basic brown and choc chip and mounted it onto choc chip paper and then sponged my CB with sahara samd and basic brown.
I stamped the rosed with my Tombow Markers onto watercolour paper, made the ink bleed with water and cut them all out. The leaves are stamped the same way with water spritzing and cut out.
The butterfly is one of the butterflies in Nature Sketchbook but I cut out the same wing tiwce to make a butterfly in profile facing the direction I wanted. It is stamped with blue tombow and I added pink and brown with my watercolour brush and softened the blue lines.
I put down my ribbon, then the leaves, then the bunny and the butterfly and layered in those 2 dozen pink roses.
The sentiment is from Nature Sketchbook but I hand wrote it because I thought if I stamped on the textured BG it wouldn't work. Lastly I added the dots around the edges of the main panel.
I loved this challenge and it turned out just how I was hoping it would.
Hope you like my card. Thanks for looking and thanks for letting me know what you think of it.
Oh and thanks Stef for yet another terrific inspiration challenge.
Oh yeah, I just realised that I spelled reckoned without the K. I thought it looked wrong. Grrrrrr. I squeezed one in here at home but I'm not going to take another picture.

So pretty and so much work on the card. Love your roses, rabbit, and butterfly as well as the cuttlebug embossing. Great card.

Wow! This is quite the creation!!! I'll bet it took you forever!!! Love all those flowers and your bunny is just too cute! I know you're frustrated with the spelling thing... if it were me... I'd try to make a sentiment panel and just glue it or put it on dimensionals on top of it.... no one will know! Don't ya just hate when that happens? Sooooo much work here... I love it!!!
