The goal this week for the Stamp Simply challenge was all about spring-- getting rid of that cabin fever with a dose of springtime colors or images!
For this Stamp Simply challenge, I also pulled out my Twinkling H20s! This week on the Flourishes Newsletter, Laura Fredrickson put together an amazing tutorial on how to use these little vivacious pots of paint to add shimmer and shine to your projects!
For my card, I actually sought my inspiration from art! I had the Flourishes Lilac set, which features a Magnolia as well and some fun insect elements!
I stamped my flowers with Pallete Hybrid Burnt Umber and then painted with twinks in these colors:
Chiffon Pink,Pink Azalea (flowers), Key Lime and Golden Jade (leaves) The ladybug was colored with a pretty strong version of Poppy Red. The watercolor wash was created with Sea Glass and Key Lime.

Julie, how original. It's just soft and sweet and washy and springy and looks like what you might see gazing through a window on a rainy early spring day.
You continue to stun me with everything you do!! ~m
