I made this for the CCEE challenge this week http://cceestampers.blogspot.com/200...challenge.html. I didn't use all the supplies listed, but the idea for the card came to me in the night last night, and I had to make it even though I don't normally make cards I wouldn't send.
So - I don't have any skunk stamps, and yesterday I was thinking about using a monkey, or letting Fluffles go to work with peroxide and Grecian 2000 to see could he disguise himself. But whether it was the lack of skunk stamps simmering in my subconcscious, or the fact that we had a big test in work today and sulphur compounds have been haunting my dreams for the last 3 nights, this is where my skunk comes from:
The classic description for lightstruck beer is skunky (preferably dead, so I am told, although I have no experience with skunks either live or dead).
The classic lightstruck beer is Corona, without the lime (again so I am told - I haven't tried it for myself).
So although I've added lots of lime to cover up the skunk, to me it's a skunky card. And the lime on the clipart - does that count towards floral patterned paper. The lime was a flower before it grew into a lime...
It seemed to me that yesterdays TLC with elastic bands would make a pretty good skunky background, too. And I did use a sentiment stamp, so I don't think I did too badly on the supplies after all.
Clipart, HH coloured with alcohol ink, Cuttlebug embossed sentiment and lime quarters for the photo corners, rubber band stamping with black ink on white card.
