The base of the card is black ( LSC204 )
and I mounted the central image on small strips of paper.
The central Image is actually a photo that I took from my latest embroidery work and I printed it on paper.
So the card itself is a CAS card, but it took several weeks to finish this butterfly that is made by stitches of a quarter of an inch to form the stripes.
By switching the color of the tread the butterfly takes his shape...

What a great looking card and the embroidery must be stunning too. What type of stitches did you use? I love how we can use our embroidery and/or other hobbies to give us inspiration for our cards. Beautiful work on both.
