I love the Inspiration Challenge because Stef always has the coolest sights for us to check out and be inspired by. I also love it because it is totally open to your own interpretation. You can literally copy the inspiration piece or draw inspiration from just a piece of it (color, shapes, images, fabrics, textures, etc.).
Today, I chose to do a literal interpretation of Rachel Austin's Boulder Creek painting. I just love the colors she used and how it evokes a happy, carefree feeling within me. Here's a picture of Ms. Austin's original painting:

this creation needed nothing else besides ink, stamps, and YOU.....it is a bouquet of freshness in the blues....bright and beaconing.......fabulous....popped right outta the gallery
