what exciting news, Paula! Best Wishes on your family building project! I loved the idea of your challenge, new things...Santa was so good to me, even though I was on the naughty list!
Here's what I did: New stamps, new paper, and even new ink! I used Bella Bella from My Mind's Eye and hand cut the corner away from the paper. I stamped my sentiment (new from Stamp Francisco onto the 'Bellezro' Wild Blossom paper with Heritage Marvy old gold and lightly embossed with clear. This was cut into an oval with the Spellbinder petite ovals. The scalloped oval is actually the reverse paper, such a delicate pink, I love the vintage look of both sides. I used the SU slot punch to make a way for ribbon. The card base is PTI spring moss which had Cornish Heritage Farms scrapblock aged music inked on it. My new ink is Memento Pear Tart. I chose a kickstand card so that beautiful floral could climb up the side!
So let me know what you think about my new stuff! And always be blessed!

So pretty! (Yeah, don't tell Kelly, but I got new stuff even being on the naughty list, too. Bwahahaha!) I love your card! I love fussy cutting, it's just so impressive! The sentiment is beautiful. Thank you so much for playing!
