1. It's Monday and time for another CCEE weekly challenge. This week its our challenge where we pick an SCSer with a catchy screen name, make cards in her honor and send them to her. This week Tosh chose Just Painting Around! Cute name huh?? And oh yeah, there is a second requirement! We have to use the spotlighting technique!
2. How many times to I have to tell my fellow CCEEer's that I do not do techniques!! So, in order to not be in trouble I invented my own spotlighting technique! Its called Word Spotlighting! Here is a tutorial! Word Spotlighting 101! Snort!
a) Print out your words on your computer.
b) Punch them out with an oval punch.
c) Punch out another larger oval in black cardstock. You can use Nesties too!
d) Sponge the ovals with the words on them.
e) Glue the two together.
Helpful hint: Be sure when you glue the two together, that the words are showing! Snort!!!
3. Okay, on a serious note, you must check out Just Painting Around's gallery, she's just great!! And join us in our challenge. You can get all of the special instructions and check out the other CCEE cards on our CCEE Blog.
4. It made me sad not to use the bunny butts to these bunny fronts!!

So cute, a riot, but yes, I miss the bunny butts! The fronts are sweet too, though, and I love your spotlighting technique!!
What a fun tribute card Cindy!

I'm glad to see that even though you're dirty, it hasn't rubbed the goofiness out of you! LOL! Yep, I think you've invented a whole new technique with Word Spotlighting! Does it take a long time to do? Bwaaaa-haaaa-haaaaa! This is an adorable scene and card you've created!

What Cindy H. said...being dirty doesn't get you out of situations like this. If anything, you're supposed to set a better example. Now I applaud coming up with new techniques, we all love to learn...but *word windows* have been done....hmmmm...and they're not called *word spotlighting.*
Okay...I have to admit, this card is totally darling though. I love the creativity and those ornery bunnies. But this card does deserve a buzzer. YEP!!

WHY NO BUNNY BUTTS? Is my prediction coming true (see Dirty Dozen cow scene comment)...well, these bunny fronts ARE pretty cute, and your technique is AMAZING (snicker)...can't wait for the tea party tomorrow...will you be serving mud pies since you are dirty, giggle...!!!!!!!!!!!!

you do know, don't you, that the only reason you get away with TOTALLY ignoring the rules (which i find ironic, because YOU'RE the one who started the whole buzzer thing) is because your cards are always fabulous and you're so nice?
and....a big CONGRATS and WOO_HOO on becoming dirty!!! i guess that makes you dirty girty. snort!
