Hi! This card was made for today's Limited Supply Challenge: Stretch Yourself. Participants were to use two or more things on our cards that are a stretch for each participant. These are things that are usually NOT done, etc. And, they are different for every stamper.
A few weeks ago I bought daffodil bulbs and "forced" them in the house. I put them in the bathroom window sill because it is the ONLY place the cats will not go...It's probably because I keep my giant singing frog, and a half dozen or so light-up frogs in various sizes and colors. Frogs? Yep...I like the PLASTIC, cute, fun, KID kind! LOL!
My stretches were:
Big, Black BASE
Row of studs... (Those are NOT brads...I'm now sporting two Sponge Bob Bandaids...Those prongs are SHARP!)
Border punch on the side of the main panel. (This is very difficult for me..I can't seem to get it to line up, so I RARELY use border punches, let alone on the SIDE!)
NO black polka dot ribbon! (I swear...I think this card NEEDS it! LOL)
The image was stamped two times on watercolor paper in VersaMark and embossed in gold. I colored both images with SU! markers and used an aqua painter to blend the colors.
The black base was run through a Cuttlebug Folder.

Very pretty! The daffodil is just lovely! It really pops against the black!
