The shamrocks in the background are embossed with white, and then colored with chalk, and then heated again to set. I used the bar stamp from the Sleep Tight stamp set to create the stripes on the T shirt, and the striped border at the bottom. I love this T shirt set from Penguin Pants. You can make a T shirt for any occasion.
