OMG! I can't believe it. I actually completed the sketch challenge. I have been busy and just too tired lately. I decided to stay awake tonight (morning) because we were having horrible tornado warnings and thunderstorms. Again, my husband just asked me if I knew where the bed was.
Here is my story:
I was really trying to fit the color challenge for this week in this card, but I couldn't see putting plum in here. I'm just picky that way, if the dp didn't have plum in it. I started out by trimming all the dp's to fit and mounted them onto old olive c/s. I wanted to use my piercing tool around the edges instead of white dots, but I can't seem to find it among my stash. The image came from my sister (stamp300) and from a WRAK. She had an extra image and decided to give me one. Isn't she sweet? I colored the bunny with prismacolor pencils, odorless mineral spirits, and blending stumps. The bunny is held on with foam tape. I spent a good 10 minutes looking for embroidery thread for the buttons on the flowers, and gave up. Never did find it. So, I decided to use a piece of scrap ribbon. They are held on with pop dots. I have never done an all the same dp before for a layout, I hope it looks ok. Thanks Roxy for the wonderful sketch. Thanks for looking and comments. Have a wonderful day!

Bonnie, I'm glad you are safe since you posted a card, you must not be near the tornado touchdown. My corner of NE Ohio is under a flood watch. Anyway, onto your card. It is sooo cute. Love that bunny. I think all the same dp is OK. I like the look. Your button treatment is cute too. I also like how you took the dp to the inside.
