1st color challenge posted this morning scared me ... Little bright ... but I got this idea from another card here - Versamark resist on glossy ... and it wasn't so bad after all. In fact, this is my second attempt at the same technique and colors.
Stamped image in versamark on glossy white then sponged turquoise, green galore, pink passion and lovely lilac randomly. I matted with turquoise then green galore that I had used the SU scalloped border punch on the right side only. Green layer is skewed smidge so the scallops overlap a little. I added 2 pink eyelets and tied some pink organdy ribbon in a knot. I layered this bunch up on dimensionals.
Base is lovely lilac with some SU dp that I ran through the argyle CB embossing folder then sponged with lovely lilac to bring out the embossing.
I finished this off by adding some lavendar stickles on the turquoise scalloped edge.
Thanks for looking!
