The first sketch incorporates a twist of embossing, either dry or wet embossing. I did both types on this card. I stamped the silhouette image from Verve's Abundant Blessings set in Basic Gray onto Naturals White, first stamping off once. Then stamped it in More Mustard craft ink and heat embossed with clear powder. Used oval Nestabilities to cut out the image and the layers underneath. Stamped the sentiment from Verve's Here for You in mustard craft onto mustard card stock and heat embossed with clear powder. Punched out the sentiment and a Basic Gray layer with small and large oval punches. The embossing was hard to photograph in the afternoon setting sun, but you get the idea!
Ran the card base, the horizontal mustard strip and the oval mats through the Cuttlebug with the D'vine Swirl embossing folder for the dry embossing. The swirls mimic the designer paper from the We R Memory Keepers Precious Metal series. Added some Basic Gray taffeta ribbon and the pewter brads to complete the sketch. Another fun sketch!
