This is my sort of CAS card for today's LSC challenge. There is certainly only one layer on the base, no Cuttlebug, no Nestabilities, no Copics or colouring. Just stamping, punching and ribbons.
I stamped the grass with Brilliance Thyme Green, and added two dragonflies (solid images, so no colouring skills called for, but I used a Brilliance Peacock pad to give a bit of automatic colouring). I layered two ribbons and added them, after going round the edges of the stamped layer with a silver pen. I wiped the Peacock pad over some card and punched out the flower, then edged it with a dark blue marker for definition.Stamped the sentiment, punched it out, punched out a circle from the same navy as the card base and layered them up with a mini brad. That was it.
I'll be back to comment tomorrow, off to bed to lay the tail end of my migraine to rest.
