Use the sizzix large scallop die in RSBP Tart DP,
Cut Base CS 3 1/4 x8 score at 3 1/2 , 4 1/2 (red rose)
Lay scallop on grid paper in corner at poke hole with paper piercer at 1/2" and the middle(going down) of your scallop and then use cropadile and punch whole and another 3/4 of a hole to fit over the rhinestone brad. Put your scallop on top of your base fold it up and see where the hole is and pierce the hole in your base and then use your croppy to make a hole use the small hole punch for the bottom.Punch holes on the fold of scallop about 1/4" inch in on both sides run ribbon thru. Tuck ribbon behind cello and under using sticky strip to adhere. Wrapped Ghiradelli choc in DP and pooped out i love you from happy Heart with circle punch.
