The Twisted Sister Challenge this week was to make a child's birthday card. I found this harder than a usual challenge as there were no guidelines, I like the challenge of making something that others have given boundaries for...but I still enjoyed this...so much so that I made 2 cards...this one is for a girl - incase you couldn't tell LOL!
The gorgeous image is from my friend Hannah (aka bubblefrog) who started me on the craze of House Mouse(s) I love them. These ones are just too cute. I used wet and dry chalks and a blender pen to colour them and raised the little one on the right up on 3D foam tape. I used the corners from the 100's that were lovingly punched out for me due to my not having a punch...I then added some nail bling...I also added nail bling to the balloon which has been layered on a scalloped circle and popped up on 3D foam tape as well - what little girl doesnt love BLING!!!.
I hope you like this, I really appreciate you having a look!

I say, the more bling the better!!! Any girl, young or not, would love this birthday greeting! Your coloring is fantastic but that fun DP and your layout is outstanding! Love how you put this all together!

The little pink cupcake gave it away Linda! I love this image, maybe because I always had a big sister helping me do stuff and she had baked me a real cake with pink icing on my 12th birthday and somehow this image reminded me of it. Thanks honey, this is really lovely!

Oh Linda! Look at those meeces! Adorable. I love how they help each other, and are so perfectly colored too! The sentiment in the scalloped circle is great- and the nail bling? Well, that always draws my eye! Great job sistah!
