This card uses a few different techniques. They're not as difficult as they sound and are definitely worth persisting with.
1. Stick a piece of Jac Paper onto the White CS that was a bit bigger than the stamp. I then peeled off the other layer revealing the sticky side
2. Slightly scrunch the Foil sheets and fold up the edges to make a dumpling looking thing (dull side out) and then pounce them onto the Jac Paper until I was happy with how it looked.
3. Then, to make the paper not tacky, I brushed it with the Carbon Black Pearl Ex.
4. Cut a piece of Cold Laminate the same size as the Foiled piece and stamp Beaded Bodice on it with Black StazOn ink, then peel and stick to your foiled piece.
5. Carefully cut out the image, cutting off the 'beads' from the bottom of it.
6. Stick the cut image to the Copper Shimmer paper and cut it out with a 1/16th" border.
7. On the Black base card, stamp En Francais with Versamark ink and brush randomly with Forever Red and Plum Perfect Pearls.
8. Using foam mounting tape, stick the Beaded Bodice piece on a slight angle to the top part of the base card and stick 3 medium red rhinestones to the bottom RHS.
