When I saw this gorgeous ribbon at Spotlight, I KNEW I had to make a marine-based card. Plus it was 40 deg. C (104 deg. F) outside, so I needed something that would LOOK cool, even if I wasn't!!
Run pieces of medium blue and light blue cs thru CB using Swirls folder - cut edges with zigzag scissors. Layer onto navy blue cs. Stamp fish 3 times with Indigo ink onto Watercolour paper and watercolour using acrylic paints, then cut out and add Crystal Lacquer. Punch water dp with Mega punch and glue on 2 fish - mount the 3rd one with 1mm mounts to add a bit of depth to the scene, then add bubble stickers. Punch navy blue cs with Mega circle punch, then with Giga scallop punch. Mount on dp using 1mm mounts. Add dots with blue and yellow gel pens. Stamp sentiment with Indigo ink and emboss with clear ep, and layer on yellow and navy blue cs, rounding corners on each layer. Adhere to card with mounts. Attach star brads and ribbon. TFL!
