Thanks Lynn, this was a great challenge! This card is for the TLC204, Faux Mosaic.
It took me three tries to get a good mosaic going today! It was easy once I used the right tape (that didn't curl with the heat gun!) and realized I should have clean edges on my tiles; tearing left too much white showing for my liking. But anyhow, I got it, finally, right MariLynn? heh-heh
I chose to use black ep for mine.
I stamped my hippo onto wc paper with Versafine Onyx black and watercolored her and the ground and sky around her. Stamped the balloons and party hat separately, watercolored and cut them out.
Hand drew the balloon strings with a black ink pen.

Wow i had no idea how you made such a great back ground for your cute cute card until i read how you did it! I am going to have to give this tech. a try. I am sure who ever gets this one will just love---love it! Thank you for sharing your sweet card. Diana
