OMG! I got started on this challenge for the Faux Mosaic Technique this morning before the kids got up. Well, what is the old saying "strike 3, I am out". This was not what I had planned for this card. I had a plan to create a scene using our mosaic stones in our garden with an entirely different items. Didn't work. Anyhow, here is my story. I used the cb swirls folder on the white c/s. Then I started out by tracing the heart template onto the tacky sheet. I cut some red foil paper into squares and mounted them. I then used the silver embossing powder with the heat tool. It looked too plain, so I made another heart and cut it out with the decorative scallop scissors. Used versamark ink, clear embossing power, and heat tool just for the edges. I tied the ric rac ribbon into 3 knots so it looked like a brooch on top of the heart. I used the hole punch to thread the ric rac ribbon through to tie in the back of the card. Tell me honestly, does it look ok for giving me a hard time? Thanks for the interesting challenge. Have a great day!
I've wanted to make a pendant since that challenge for the new year. It was to use silver. So I just added it to this challenge also for WT199.
I didn't know what else to put on the card, so I left it this way...does it need anything else?

This is so stunning! It doesn't need a thing...the beautiful heart is the stand alone focal point!
