Hello everyone! Today is Monday... Try a new technique day. Lynn had us try faux mosaic today. What fun! I ended up making two panels with this technique because my first one was embossed in white but it came out creamier than my CS... but not creamy enough for very vanilla... so... it's pictured under my card... I'll find another way to use it. This strip came out rather precisely lined up instead of typical mosaic... but my image is so large it didn't show most of the larger piece so I went for one tiny strip of hearts. Great technique Lynn!
This also qualifies for the OCCC technique spotlight... emboss resist, because after I embossed my strip in black, I sponged my hearts and matting on the sentiment with Cranberry Crisp.
My image is Whipper Snapper... isn't this guy adorable? Who could resist him? The sentiment is Verve, they are stamped on GPW with Memento and colored with Copics.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!!!
