Wanted to try a new bg technique from Stamping Sampler. You mist your background stamp (I used the archway stamp from Travel's Abroad) then color it in with a watercolor pencil, lightly mist again and then stamp. I found that if you don't mist that second time, the pencil dries too quickly and it doesn't stamp as well, so a second light misting helps. I really liked the way it turned out!
