I created this for the Etsy Inspired Challenge #19 and this week's Belli Challenge #50 (http://chrissyd723.blogspot.com/2009...ed-stamps.html) since these stamps haven't seen ink in way too long.

I was inspired by this photograph. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=17884279

So, I created the background by sponging on different blues and using post-it notes for the masking.
