I chose a (August/ calendar for my inspiration and kept the flowers and navy background.
Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps were used for the image panel. Baby oil is used just like the Gamsol Magic Technique in the resources here at SCS. Baby oil has no fumes so I donÂ’t get a headache!
The cut out sunflower is also sculpted using metal ball embossing stylus, I have two sizes and use them both. I first outline the image on the front side then flip it over and make small circle motions to raise the image keeping away form edges and the first stepÂ’s lines.
Ink distressing was done on the light orange panels.
