Another cool Inspiration Challenge this week, Stef! I chose the Tenugui sunflower calendar on this page: http://translate.google.com/translat...istory_state0=
I stamped a sunflower stamp from Rubber Stampede (which I bought several years ago and never used!) on watercolor paper twice, colored with SU markers in Not Quite Navy, So Saffron plus Summer Sun, and Creamy Caramel. The center of the stamp had speckled seeds, so I turned the cut-out over, and colored it with caramel. Instead of coloring in the blue dots, I glued on beads with Crystal Effects. The sentiment was stamped from So Many Sayings, punched with word window, and hung from the ribbon with linen thread adorned with the same beads. Not my best work, but okay for being up three hours past my bedtime!!! Thanks for looking!
