I made this card for my Daughter to give her Kindergarten teacher to let her know how much we appriciate her.
I used the Classic Stars SU Wheel for the Stars on the Yellow paper and I did paper piercing and faux sewing with my white gel pen on the torn paper to make it look like it had been sewn on.
I printed out on red CS with my Printer My Teacher and My Hero then punched them out using my SU large Star punch, and my SU Designer lable punch.
I used the Teacha Bella and the Super Hero Bella Stamps for the Bella's, and I used a Card Stock sticker from one of my SU Primary Colors Simply Scrappin Pack and put it around the Teachers picture. It says around the circle a cut above the rest a cut above the rest.
I also distressed the background of the card with Silver and Brocade Blue ink to add some bling to it.
I know this card does not have lots of embellies and such, but I thought it conveyed that Teachers are Stars in their pupils eyes and those of us parents when they are totally awesome teachers as this teacher is!!!
I hope you enjoy the Card!!! Let me know what you think!!!
Have a Stampendous Day!!!

THE GIRL'S BACK ... YEAH!!!!! How fun to see one of your creations in the gallery today, Heather! Missed you, but sure did love looking at the kids' Christmas day! This is just too fun and what kindergarten teacher would not get a huge jolt when she opens this up! Gold stars for the teacher and gold stars for the card crafter!
