I LOVE this technique, especially since you can control your color combinations. I used the background paper created from this technique for the flower punch. The varied colorings allowed me to make really interesting flowers that I then adhered to the card, creating this wreath.
The card is easy to make. Simply cut a hole in the middle of the front using a colluzle or other cutting system. Stamp your sentiment on a coordinating paper that you mount to the underside of the hole, or inside the front of your card. Then, simply adhere your flowers around the opening, creating the wreath. I then added a bit of bling to the uppermost flowers.
This is a GREAT WAY to use this or any scrap paper you may have.

This is stunning. I love how you used the *smooshed* paper to create the flowers. The flower make a beautiful wreath and the bling make for a nice extra touch. Out of curiosity, what did you use to create the flowers?
