I was just playing around trying to make these small purses out of a square. I ended up doing 3 different purses and liked them, but had to do the design on a long card. I got the technique from the Joy of Cardmaking book I picked up at the library. I used a medium square punch on different dp's and folded to a triangle and folded each corner to the opposite side. (simple). I used my black SU marker to brush the stamp on the handle of the purse. I added a self adhesive pearl on the purse. I used a tiny piece of tacky tape to make sure the purse would close. I also used a large scallop square punch and used a medium square punch. The colors are close to what the challenge is for. I didn't have anymore certain celery, but it's close. I then stitched around the whisper white cs with pink thread and attached to the rose red cs as the base. I also stamped the phrase from Celebrate In Style in black stazon. I didn't think it needed any ribbon, what do you think?

These came out really cute. I like the idea of using a square to make these.
