Late last night, I saw that Stef had already posted (thanks for posting early...I get to sleep on it!) and I delightedly viewed all the cakes in the collection.
I chose the one entitled "Antiquity" on page 5, bottom right, 2nd in from the right. http://cakenouveau.com/cakes5.html
I woke up this morning with my idea. It took me all morning to get it done, but here it is!
I decided to make a money card for a wedding. This would definately have to be hand-delivered. I also included the inside...and no we don't give dollar bills to newlyweds, it was my model for the size sillies! LOL!
It is basically all done with punches and cutting. I made a template for the actual cake layers and just cut them out the old-fashioned way. The rest was just punch and glue.

This is gorgeous and is making me want a piece of chocolate cake. I love the swirls and I can tell you took your time and put a lot of effort into it. I like the length of the card and the ribbon on top to tie it all together.
