I printed the oriental symbols from this website: http://www.chinese-word.com/index.html
The meaning is *Best wishes for a happy new year*
I outlined it in gold and added a gold ribbon. I stamped poppies from my new clearly inspired set with black stazon. In the inside I printed a recipe for a Happy New Year that my mother in law sent me while this challenge was going on. Here is the recipie:
RECIPIE FOR A HAPPY NEW YEAR
Take 12 whole months.
Clean them thoroughly of all bitterness, hate and jealousy.
Make them just as fresh and clean as possible.
Now cut each month into 28, 30 or 31 different parts, but donÂ’t
Make up the whole batch at once.
Prepare it 1 day at a time out of these ingredients.
Mix well into each day one part of faith, one part of courage and
One part of work.
Add to each day one part of hope, faithfulness, generosity and
Kindness. Blend with one part prayer, one part meditation and
One good deed.
Season the whole with a dash of good spirits, a sprinkle of fun,
A pinch of play and a cupful of good humor.
Pour all of this into a vessel of love.
Cook thoroughly over radiant joy, garnish with a smile and serve with
Quietness, unselfishness, and cheerfulness.

This is absolutely wonderful!!! I love your poppies and pretty much all of them. I also tend to like Asian influence. That recipe is so nice - whoever created it has a great idea - too bad we all couldn't stick to it better. Maybe we'll try a little more. Thanks for the thought and the art.
