The first person who can tell me where I got my inspiration for this card will win some happy mail from me ^^~^^ We have a winner! Lesley, aka "ljwil" is correct the Canadian Flag was my inspiration! And no the Canadian Flag doesn't have an oval on it, but I used it for "inspiration" I wasn't looking to identically copy it!
I have to thank Linda/aka Studbo for tuning me into World flags! Take a look at world flags! Holy Cats you can find a host of layouts and color combos just by doing that!
It's watercolored, cuttlebugged, pierced, and turned out so elegant!
The image, the sentiment, and CB b/g were all received via wishRak.

I have no clue where you got your inspiration, but I really like this card. It's going into my favs for future a CASE - maybe soon! Love the red and white, the bugging and the perfect piercing. It is elegantly done.

The first thing I thought was the Canadian flag, but it's a bit bolder than this gorgeously elegant card! I *am* going to borrow the layout and colours as I need to make a congrats card for a friend who has just had her immigration papers for Canada accepted. Now she just has to wait for them to be processed! Thanks for the inspiration...
